1. Overview

ProPest Hub respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information submitted through our public website and related sales, onboarding, support, and messaging interactions.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, company name, business email address, mobile phone number, operating state, company size, product interests, workflow priorities, and information you enter into free-text fields. We may also receive basic technical information associated with website requests, such as browser, device, and network information, when provided by our hosting or security systems.

3. How we use information

We may use information to respond to inquiries, provide demonstrations, discuss onboarding, provide requested support, improve the website and product experience, protect against misuse, maintain records of consent, and communicate about ProPest Hub when you have asked or agreed to receive those communications.

4. ProPest Hub AI and voice questions

If you use the public ProPest Hub AI guide, the question you type and a limited amount of recent conversation context are sent through our server-side AI connection to OpenAI so the assistant can generate an answer about ProPest Hub. We use this information to provide the requested AI response, protect the service from misuse, and improve the public product-guide experience.

If you use the microphone button, voice input relies on speech-recognition capability provided by your browser or device where supported. Depending on the browser and platform, speech processing may involve the browser or device provider. The ProPest Hub website receives the resulting transcript for the question; this website feature is not designed to save an audio recording of your voice.

When spoken AI output is enabled, the text of the AI response may be sent through our server-side text-to-speech connection to our voice provider (currently ElevenLabs) so the response can be rendered as audio. The browser receives generated speech audio; the ElevenLabs API key and voice configuration remain server-side.

The public website assistant is intentionally separated from authenticated ProPest Hub tenant, customer, employee, and production data.

5. SMS and mobile information

ProPest Hub / ProPest Hub LLC SMS Account Notifications. If you separately and voluntarily opt in to Account Notifications SMS, ProPest Hub may send recurring non-promotional text messages about account setup, onboarding, billing or subscription notices, account status, administrative alerts, and service-related platform notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using ProPest Hub. The website checkbox is unchecked by default, and you can continue without selecting it.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Service providers may process messaging data only as needed to provide the messaging or platform service, subject to appropriate restrictions. Account-notification consent is not marketing consent.

6. Sharing of information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, or communicate through the website and related systems; when required by law or valid legal process; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information submitted through the demo form.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, documenting messaging consent and opt-out status, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable legal obligations.

8. Your choices

You can decline the optional SMS consent box and still submit a website request. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Children

The ProPest Hub business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the website request form.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, product, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
