1. Website use

This website provides information about ProPest Hub and allows prospective customers to request information or a product demonstration. Product features, pricing, availability, integrations, regulatory rule packs, and release timing may change as the platform develops.

2. No regulatory or legal advice

Content describing compliance workflows, state rules, recordkeeping, inspections, or regulatory concepts is provided to demonstrate software capabilities and is not legal advice. Pest control businesses remain responsible for determining and following all applicable federal, state, local, label, licensing, insurance, training, safety, and recordkeeping requirements.

3. Public ProPest Hub AI guide

The public ProPest Hub AI guide is an informational product-navigation and question-answering feature. It is intended to answer questions about ProPest Hub from approved website and product knowledge. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or mistaken, and current development features may change before launch. The public guide does not have authenticated access to tenant, customer, employee, or production data and is not authorized to make changes inside a customer account.

Voice input, where supported, uses browser or device speech-recognition capability to produce text for the AI question. Browser support and transcription accuracy vary.

4. SMS Account Notifications Terms

Messages are from ProPest Hub / ProPest Hub LLC. Users who separately and voluntarily opt in may receive recurring non-promotional SMS Account Notifications about account setup, onboarding, billing or subscription notices, account status, administrative alerts, and service-related platform notifications.

5. SMS consent

SMS Account Notifications consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using ProPest Hub or submitting a website request. The Account Notifications checkbox on our website is unchecked by default. By checking it and submitting the form, you authorize ProPest Hub to send the account-related messages described above to the mobile number you provide.

6. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS Account Notifications. After an opt-out request is processed, you should not receive additional messages from that messaging program except a confirmation or messages otherwise permitted by law. Reply HELP for assistance, or email Ahmad@ProPestHub.com.

8. Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability and messaging platform operation.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information and SMS opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy. Account-notification consent is not marketing consent.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or business, or use the site in violation of law.

ProPest Hub names, logos, designs, software concepts, website content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use this public website for its intended purpose.
